This equipment is basically a mixing assembly where the agitation pattern is of contra rotary in motion. The beater fixed type having blade of pitched paddle in profile are fixed to top dish. Another scrapper centrally mounted having moving pitched blade as well rotate around fixed beaters in a circle in the bowl thereby achieving intimate mixing. Because of special design feature of shifting the mass is uniformly and intimately mixed. The unit consists of Bowl SS 316L Cylindrical bowl with conical bottom with inside surface electro polished to smooth finish. Jacket on cylindrical and dished area fitted with steam connections.
